Account — support tickets

The dealer Support Center (/support) lists tickets, creates new requests, opens a thread (View), and sends replies. Integrators use the same upstream paths with the user access_token.

Use your registration domain in every form body — not the API hostname.

Playground — Home feed → Platform → Support tickets when running npm run docs:stack. Profile → Account can load a ticket list preview when signed in.

Public ticket id

Use ticket_id_base (public id SUP-YYYYMMDD-…) for detail and reply. It matches ticket_id_hash returned from create and ticket.id_base in detail — not the numeric internal ticket.id.
