Tài khoản — ticket hỗ trợ
Support Center dealer (/support) liệt kê ticket, tạo yêu cầu mới, mở thread (View) và reply. Integrator dùng cùng upstream với access_token user.
Dùng domain đăng ký trong mọi form — không phải hostname API.
Playground & Profile
Playground — Home feed → Nền tảng → Ticket hỗ trợ khi chạy npm run docs:stack. Profile → Account có thể tải preview danh sách ticket khi đã đăng nhập.
Id ticket công khai
Dùng ticket_id_base (id SUP-YYYYMMDD-…) cho detail và reply. Trùng ticket_id_hash từ create và ticket.id_base trong detail — không phải ticket.id số nội bộ.
