ทางเลือก language (form upstream เช่น EN, VI) — ไม่ส่ง → client ใช้ VI (เหมือน gateway)

action=chat อาจได้ SSE แม้คาด JSON — รวม choices[0].delta.content จากบรรทัด data: จน [DONE]
